I specialize in treating OCD, anxiety, and trauma-related disorders using evidence-based approaches like Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). My work is grounded in compassion and collaboration — I believe therapy works best when it's tailored to your unique strengths, values, and goals.

Whether you're navigating intrusive thoughts, chronic worry, or feeling overwhelmed by your emotions, my goal is to help you build tools for change while feeling truly understood. I have experience in both outpatient and intensive treatment settings, and I support clients across the spectrum — from those exploring therapy for the first time to those managing complex or long-standing struggles.

In addition to clinical work, I provide supervision and consultation for therapists, with a special focus on treating OCD and co-occurring diagnoses with empathy and clarity.

What It’s Like to Work with Me

You can expect a balance of structure and warmth — I’m direct when needed, but always nonjudgmental. I bring humor, insight, and a deep respect for your lived experience. I aim to create a space that feels both safe and active, where healing means more than symptom reduction — it means getting your life back.
